Aumai Slings Insignium REVIEW
Do you know what's better than it's look? It's wrapping abilities!
Is it cool to wear wool? It's up to you, but if you are thinking of trying a wool-cotton blend from Maisaa Slings, here is what you can expect!
I get it in size 7 and after few months of using as a long wrap, I decided to chop & convert it to ringslings. As a long one I wrapped my soon-to-be-hatch baby bump, a double hammock with my 17 kgs daughter, and several kangoroos & rucksacs with my newborn.
This is the first Maisaa I tried which can be used easily even as a new wrap: soft & moldable, but carries bigger weight nicely in multiple layered wrapway aswell. Thanks to the wool, the fabric is a little bit bouncy, which is great with a smaller baby. 2% lurex gives Rhombi Enchanted a gentle glitter, a lovely shine.
As a ringsling this is my recently most used babywearing equipment: works with rings perfectly, easy to adjust, and it's strudy enough to be comfortable with a one-sided style of carry. Travells with me everywhere, always in the car to be there for shopping shorties, or for a nice walk in the park.
The downside of delicate fabrics is in the washing method: needs handwash, and special drying teretment - no spinning, no twisting, no hanging! I usually help woolies & silk blends to dry by folding them in towels, and let them absorb as many water as they can.
If you have patience to treat wool blends correctly, Maisaa Slings Rhombi Enchanted is a nice choice of woven wrap 🖤
